The Flahavan’s family has been milling oats in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford for over 200 years. Now in its seventh generation, the company continues to source its quality wholegrain oats locally from growers based within a 60-mile radius of its Mill. Nestled just beneath the Comeragh Mountains, Flahavan’s are perfectly located to benefit from optimal climate and conditions, which help produce world-class oats year after year. Best-known for its Progress Oatlets, the company has a wide array of oat-based products in its range including Organic Oats, Quick Oats, Gluten Free Oats, Granola, Muesli, Flapjacks and Oat Drinks.  High Protein porridge is one of the newest additions to its range – available in convenient 45g pot formats and flavoured with natural vanilla, it’s a great option for a healthy breakfast/snack on-the-go.
